Client complaints relating to privacy

Policy

  • You must inform clients as to how they may lodge any privacy-related complaints with Manulife.
  • Clients with a privacy-related question or complaint should be directed to the call centre of the respective business unit or alternatively they can submit the complaint in writing and include the following information:
    • Reason for the complaint
    • Policy or account number or other identifying information
    • Address and phone number
