Keep your Repsource profile up-to-date
Review your Repsource profile regularly to ensure that both your information and your clients’ information remain well secured.   An up-to-date profile also makes it easier to do business with Manulife.

Check or change your profile
To review or update your Repsource profile, click on Profile then Update profile at the top right corner of your screen.

Keep us informed of your current business contact information
To review and update your business contact information click on the Personal Information tab.

Please note: To update the registered address for Manulife Securities dealer rep codes, please email mls_registrations@manulife.com for further direction as additional steps are required.

Make sure mail arrives to your business address
Print materials ordered from Repsource are mailed to the business address listed in your Repsource profile so it’s important to keep this information up-to-date.

Ensure your email address is up-to-date
Your current email address is required to receive regular email updates including when something new is in your Repsource Secure Inbox.

 

Control the frequency of Repsource emails
Repsource can automatically send nightly emails to notify you of new activity within Repsource, including when notifications and statements are available. You can control the frequency of these emails by adjusting your Account preferences.

 

Choose who has access to your clients’ information on Repsource
As an advisor, you can grant permission for others (e.g. your marketing assistant or support staff) to view and manage your client information on your behalf. To do so, complete the Client data access section of your profile.

In order to grant permission to another individual, they are required to register for Repsource and obtain confirmation of their Repsource User ID or username.  This information will be required prior to submitting your request.  It is important to regularly review who has access permission in order to protect the integrity of your clients’ data.

 

Marketing assistants can request access to their advisors’ client information
Marketing assistants can request access to client information, including statements, confirms and notifications by completing the Client data access section in their profile. They will need to provide the advisor’s first and last name as well as their Manulife selling code(s) and/or dealer codes.  The advisor must also be a registered Repsource user, and they will receive an email notifying them of the request to grant the approval.

As an advisor, you can grant access permission for others (e.g. your marketing assistant or support staff) to view your compensation information, including statements and FasatWeb. To do so, complete the Compensation information access section of your profile. In order to grant permission to another individual, they are required to register for Repsource and obtain confirmation of their Repsource User ID or username. This information will be required prior to submitting your request.  It is important to regularly review who has access permission in order to protect the integrity of your compensation data.

 

Confirming your profile
Once you have completed your profile review or update, you will be required to confirm the profile information is current and accurately reflects your business contact information, access provisions and account preferences.  Check the “I agree” box and click Save to exit.
