No more calling, emailing or waiting.  If you ever forget your password, now you can quickly and securely reset it yourself by answering questions you’ve selected and entering a new password.

Your initial set up

Step  1

Select your personal verification questions

  • Log in to Repsource.
  • Click Profile and then Update profile from the top right corner of the screen.
  • Select the personal verification questions tab in your profile.
Step  2

Answer and save

  • From a list of 10 questions, select and answer the three that you like best.  Make sure your answers are easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess or learn about you.
  • Enter your answers and save.
  • You’re done!


Now, if you ever forget your password…

  • Select the Forgot password link and answer your personal verification questions.
  • Answering them correctly allows you to choose a new password.
  • If you don’t remember your answers to the personal verification questions, or prefer to reset your password over the phone, call us at 1-800-667-4266.

Tip 1:  You can change your personal verification questions anytime by updating your profile. Simply select Update profile and then Personal verification questions.

Tip 2:
Answers to your personal verification questions are not case sensitive, but your password is.
